We always get caught up in these longs weekends and say to ourselves, "I'll get back to exercising on Tuesday"....Right!
Well most of you will get back into some sort of routine on Tuesday - but many won't until Wednesday, or even Thursday! The easier solution - don't break the routine!
Just because it is a "Holiday Weeeknd" doesn't mean you can't find at least 30 min to get in some strength or cardio training. Don't make excuses....make TIME for yourself and that consistency is what will bring you to the next level - and you will feel better about it! So rain or shine, get out there and get something done!
